Our clients and agents have access to Hawthorn Builders, our design-build firm (the principal brokers at Hawthorn Properties all hold construction supervisor licenses). Buyers utilize this affiliation to navigate the potential for the development of a new home, a renovation of an existing house or even post-purchase punch list items. Regardless of the size of the project, Hawthorn Builders executes the construction plan after the real estate transaction is finalized. Sellers enjoy expert advice and guidance in completing any necessary repairs before listing a residence. Hawthorn’s agents also increase the marketability of a home by helping potential buyers at showings understand the feasibility of a renovation and give them the canvas to visualize their family in the home.
